1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Original invoice and tags must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered sarees

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)

3. Return Process

  2. Share order number and product images

  3. Our team will arrange pickup (if eligible)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Amount will be credited to original payment method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
